South Park Lofts (10 South Park at 2nd Street)

South Park was created in 1854 by Englishman, George Gordon in an attempt to recreate a London residential block. The South Park lofts have a stucco exterior reminiscent of the South West, although the developer has dubbed them Contemporary Mediterranean. This is a ground up (built from the ground up) project in the heart of the South Park. The architecture for the project was done by Ramon Zambrano. The lofts feature 16 foot ceilings, park, courtyard and City Views, deeded parking and storage for each unit.
